Every day when I walk to work, I see homeless people lining the streets. Some look happy and say hello. Some look sad and hang their heads in defeat. I wonder about how they got where they are, and what kind of a person they were before.
Many times I want to help, but I am not sure what they intend to do with the money and if it would really help their situation. There are many people who continue to make bad decisions and get themselves stuck in the same position. But not all of them.
This video inspired me to do more. This is a social experiment where a man gives a homeless veteran $100. He leaves, but the camera stays on the homeless man. A few moments later, an actor dressed as a second homeless man approaches him and says that he is hungry. Wait until you see what happens next!
After everything is over, the homeless man says he just wants to help everybody be happy. So touching! Remember that no matter what your situation is, you can still help someone who needs it!
