A Lesson On Life From One Truly Unique Athlete

Today’s guest on the Ellen Degeneres show is Ezra Frech. Ezra is a boy who has defied all odds. When he was born he had a curved leg and only one finger on his left hand. He had surgery when he was 3 years old and doctors amputated his leg. Now he has a prosthetic leg, but that has done nothing to slow him down.

Ezra plays all different kinds of sports. And he excels! He set 7 national records in track and field and was featured as one of the sports kids of the year in Sports Illustrated. But that’s not even the most amazing part.

This boy is a truly outstanding speaker. He is so young, but his wisdom will surprise you. The advice that he gives on Ellen inspired me. It made me want to be more – to live my life to the fullest! “Everyone is different. Everybody has challenges.”
